The longer your stay, the better the rate. Our system automatically distinguishes three price levels according to the duration of your reservation.

  1. CASA FELIZIA PASS Duration: from 7 to 13 nights.
  2. CASA FELIZIA PASS EXTENDED Duration: from 14 to 27 nights.
  3. CASA FELIZIA RESIDENT Duration: 28 nights or more.

HOW TO BOOK

Enter your check-in and check-out dates in the booking calendar. The system will automatically offer you the most advantageous rate according to the duration of the entered stay. (Note: The minimum stay to create a reservation is 7 days).

BRIEF CONDITIONS

The price includes: Accommodation, all utilities (water, electricity, gas), 5G WiFi, and access to common areas (pool, shared kitchen, lounge).
Cleaning: Final cleaning is included in the price. Intermediate cleaning and linen change are available upon request (for an additional charge).

  1. How fast is the internet?
    The house is connected via a 1000 Mbps fiber optic cable. Our professional WiFi network ensures a real speed of around 600 Mbps in all rooms and outdoor areas.
  2. Are utilities included?
    Yes, water, electricity, and gas are included. However, a Fair Use Policy applies to prevent waste.
  3. Is there a deposit?
    Yes, we require a refundable deposit: €100 / room (stays up to 28 days) or €300 (stays over 28 days). It is returned after the check-out inspection.
  4. How does cleaning work?
    Final cleaning is included. Intermediate cleaning and linen change are available upon request (extra cost). A washing machine is available for personal use.
  5. Are bed linen and towels included?
    Yes, the price includes quality bed linen and a full set of towels, including pool towels.
  6. Do you offer meals?
    No, but the options are very complete. You have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen (several large supermarkets are within 1 km). You can also use food delivery services or visit nearby places: from breakfast cafés to a popular “All You Can Eat” restaurant open until late at night. We update our recommendations list regularly.
  7. Is the accommodation suitable without a car?
    To reach all points of interest in the region, we recommend having a car. However, an excellent alternative for daily mobility is renting a bicycle (provided through our partner).
  8. Can I receive visitors?
    No. For safety and privacy reasons, access to the entire property is limited exclusively to registered guests.
  9. Are pets allowed?
    Only upon individual approval. We charge a one-time deep cleaning fee. The pet must never be left unattended alone.
