Casa Felizia is not a stopover, it is a “Boutique Residence”. We have designed this space to escape mass tourism and the rush. We offer the privacy, comfort, and warmth of your own home, but with the standards of quality, design, and attention to detail of a premium accommodation. Our focus is on slow travel: we want you to live the destination, not just visit it.
Do you have special rates for extended stays?
Yes, we reward guests who share our philosophy of traveling without haste. Through our exclusive Casa Felizia Pass program, we offer preferential rates and additional benefits for those medium and long-stay bookings. The longer you decide to make our villa your home, the more advantageous the conditions will be, allowing you to enjoy the region with complete tranquility.
¿How far is the beach and the neuralgic center?
We enjoy a strategic location that perfectly balances peace with accessibility. We are located a pleasant 600-meter walk from the beach and just a few minutes from the center, where cultural events, historical parades, and gastronomic markets like Els Magazinos are concentrated. You'll be close enough to immerse yourself in the vibrant local life in minutes, and secluded enough to enjoy absolute silence when you need it.
¿Is suitable accommodation without car?
To move freely around the points of interest in the region, we recommend a car. However, an excellent alternative for daily use is to rent a bicycle (available through our partner).
What speed does the internet have?
The house is connected by fiber optic of 1000 Mbps. Our professional WiFi network guarantees a real speed of about 600 Mbps in all rooms and outdoor areas.
¿Are the expenses included?
Yes, water, electricity, and gas are included. However, a Responsible Use Policy (Fair Use Policy) is applied to avoid waste.
¿Is there bail or deposit?
As a general rule, we do not usually charge a security deposit. However, we reserve the right to request a refundable deposit (€100 per room or €300 for stays longer than 28 days) in specific cases, such as group bookings or extended stays. If requested, it is fully refunded after inspection upon check-out.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
We know that unforeseen events exist. That's why we apply the Flexi 60 policy: you can cancel your reservation completely free of charge up to 60 days before your arrival date. If you need to cancel with less than 60 days' notice, the reservation will not be refundable. For this reason, and so that you travel with complete peace of mind, we always recommend taking out travel insurance with cancellation coverage to be protected against any last-minute eventuality.
